It has been the worst experience we have had in any bank. If you come to do some procedure that does not involve purchasing a product, they do not give priority to your turn, and they shamelessly serve people who have arrived after you. When asking why the delay, the executives blatantly respond that "their clients" have priority (those who have purchased products here), and that they will let their clients pass who don't bother so much, because they have to earn their commissions and as You didn't hire here, you just bother and you don't generate a commission. Never in any bank in any country (and I have had an account in at least 3 different countries) have I seen such disastrous and poor service. If you can, avoid hiring anything at this branch, even consider other options in the market.
I am not a customer. But I'm a neighbor. We have spent years putting up with your security alarm going off during the day and early morning for no reason. It takes hours to shut up and people can't sleep. I already made 4 reports and they do not solve anything. The next thing will be to go to the municipality for environmental contamination due to the noise they generate.
Terrible service, the executives do not attend, they spend the time talking among themselves and when you approach them to tell them that if they can assist you, their defense is to wait their turn, and when they deign to assist it is only who they want, they do not respect turns, I went already 5 times and in those 5 times in an hour they can't help you, when you ask to speak to a manager they cover each other, the manager never helps you. I am also dedicated to customer service and that is what this branch does not have.
It's 9:18 and there is still no service in the banking room. Haaa, the cake hasn't arrived yet. 9:22 plus 30 minutes of coexistence and they will attend to us soon.
